Drilling:
- All sections and sizes in lengths up to 46.000 mm
- Positioning accuracy down to ± 0.8 mm
- Drill diameters 10 50 mm
- Drill diameters < 10 mm and > 50 mm on request
- Centre-punching
Cambering:
- Dimensionally accurate cambers along both axes
- Multispan cambers
Flame-cutting and welding:
- Notches, flange removal, slitting (including off-centre) as per drawings
- Flame-cuts with any geometry
- Fabrication of castellated beams as well as beams with holes in webs
- Stud welding using the drawn-arc welding method for studs up to Ø 22 mm
- All steel grades S 235 to S 460 are suitable for welding
